Dr. Vardhan completed his MBBS from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in 2002, followed by his postgraduation in ophthalmology from AIIMS in 2005. To further hone his surgical skills, he completed his senior residency at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, New Delhi, in 2010.

With a passion for delivering comprehensive and compassionate eye care, Dr. Vardhan served as a Senior Consultant, Clinic Incharge, and Regional Medical Director at Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital from 2010 to 2019. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes and streamlining clinical operations.

Currently, Dr. Vardhan is a visiting surgeon at Krishna Group of Eye Hospitals, Haryana, where he performs advanced surgeries and helps patients regain their vision.

Dr. Goel completed her MBBS from the esteemed Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, in 2006, followed by her postgraduation in ophthalmology from the same institute in 2009. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue senior residency at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, New Delhi, which she completed in 2013.

Dr. Goel gained extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital, Gurgaon, where she earned a reputation for her expertise and patient-centered care.

In 2017, Dr. Shilpa Goel co-founded Vision Plus Eye Clinic, where she currently serves as the Director.
